R@everyone I've been working on some major updates to AnswerOverflow!
What's New
New UI / Static Site Generation - The user interface for the website has been pretty heavily written and is now incrementally statically generated in NextJS! This allows for search engines to read it easier, for it to load faster, and for pages to be embdedded on sites like Discord (https://www.answeroverflow.com/c/848055320928583710 - static site generation example on a community page)
Improved Message Pages - Message pages now highlight what the root question was and what the answer is, this way people are able to view results better
Improved Search Results - Search results now show if a question has been solved and the number of replies it has to help with people finding questions
Manage Account From Discord - Users can now manage how AnswerOverflow views their account directly on Discord, this means that if a user wants to be completely ignored from indexing, they're able to without having to sign in to AnswerOverflow - you can try this out in the No Access channel or by using /manage_account
What's Next
Forum Channel Support - When I get access to a server with forum channels I'll be implementing support for mark as solution utilizing tags
Repeat question detection - At the start of a thread it will link to any messages in your Discord server that match the message that was sent
Community insights - You'll be able to know who is helping the most in your community - this will allow for you to do things such as assigning custom roles to people who have answered say >500 questions for example
