Consent Prompt Timeout
When using the "Send Consent Prompt" button on from the /channel-settings command, the operation times out:

Side question: When the consent prompt does appear, how does it work? Does it apply consent only to one channel, or the entire server? I can I send a message in my announcements channel telling everyone about this new feature, and then send the prompt so anyone who checks the notification can opt-in in one click?
Yep! You can send it in your announcements channel and have it apply to your whole server, I'll update the docs to be clearer on that - investigating the timing out now
The consent prompt is an embed and the bot is missing access to post it, please make sure it's got the permissions to post in the channel you're trying to post in, send embeds in that channel, and send messages in that channel
The bot should fail better than just timing out as that's not helpful, I'll make sure to update that sorry about that
