Custom domain with .support TLD
Howdy folks,
Trying to use a
.support
TLD (e.g. example.support
or subdomain.example.support
) in the "Custom domain" field, but no matter how I enter it, validation fails with "Please match the requested format"
Am I missing something here?Solution:Jump to solution
@DirtyJ sorry that took so long π
, I've put out a fix for it - go ahead and refresh then try again
Please let me know if that resolves it and if you encounter any other setup issues!...

Hey Iβll take a look into that, could you provide me the TLD that youβre trying to enter please?
cyber.support
π investigating now
not me with my πΏ watching the commit feed
oh no
:p
we're about to start open sourcing our stuff, currently on a big code cleanup project haha
it's not actually that complicated of a fix ive just been busy over the holidays and havent redeployed the site in a little bit so there's a few issues that are blocking it from building correct
the actual fix was just extending the valid character length in the regex
Oh no worries, I already appreciate you helping out on the holiday weekend
Just happened to find AnswerOverflow as I was digging around like "hey this is exactly what we need"
for sure! if you come up with any features you'd like to see it have feel free to throw them in #feedback
that's cool that you're open sourcing your work as well, what is it that your team does?
We're a cybersecurity education nonprofit, we have a support channel where we answer questions about all kinds of cybersec and IT related stuff, so indexing with AnswerOverflow would be perfect.
For open sourcing, we have a career enablement platform we're making on a t3-ish stack coming early next year
