I turned it off, you don’t happen to be doing bot traffic to Answer Overflow atm are you?
uhhh no.. i just hyperlink it to a different discord
basically i use my discord to create the articles
and i re-link them to a bigger discord
We’ve seen like ~30k visitors that look like real people but aren’t in the past day
oh, definitely not
I'm surprised also that it's failing to verify your browser
i'm on native chrome, on a mac
anyways there's some pretty heavy bot traffic which is screwing with analytics, kind of annoying but doesn't really harm anything so i'll keep it turned off for now
any vpn?
uhhhh
tailscale, but it's not a full tunnel vpn
and nord's turned off
let me check if mac has any weird built in vpn that i dont know about
yeah i turned off tailscale and still same thing
it's still blocking you?
it should be turned off now
incognito
oh
okay let me try again
from the hyperlink
it worked on incognito
failed when clicked from hyperlink from the bigger discord
or, rather, it's failing when im not incognito
let me try safari
oh, ok safari works
weird, it's failling on non-incognito chrome for me
it should work on everything now, when i clicked the button last time it didnt apply 💀
10x dev over here
hmm
sec
What are some things I should ask before OE? - InfOE
Need some help with the thought process
oh
maybe it's still cached
cause im on another profile
and it goes straight to the site
lol weird. i just did a big refresh and CMD+SHIFT+R and still
using https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn to clear the cache to no avail
Clear Cache - Chrome Web Store
Powerful, user-friendly browser data management, right from your toolbar.
i got it!
had to clear a ton more stuff lol
basically was only clearing cache, but i needed to clear.. something from this list, i just went through the entire thing
i wonder if you can set it to exclude on certain domains, i'd hate for you to deal with those issues based on one report lol
