Bot is not adding the "✅ Solved" tag or ✅ emoji when marking solution

Hi @Rhys, wondering if you'd seen this? (I realize we're using the free tier, so no issues if this is de-prioritized, but I wanted to make sure this is the correct place to report)
If there's some way to get the logs for the bot I'd be happy to debug it myself
Hey sorry missed this one, can you double check the permissions of the bots to add reactions & manage threads for that channel? Both of those are required
Don’t have a ton of time to look into it this week unfortunately but will have a better way to debug this in the future of surfacing missing permission errors to server managers
