Channel sorting/organizing, and excluding certain channels

Solved🤖Discord Bot🖥️Main Site
- Is it possible to sort/organize channels that are displayed on a server's AO community page? Reason for this is that I have indexed some channels mainly for documentation, and would prefer for these channels to show up on the top of the channels list, then sort the other channels from top to bottom in terms of importance.
- Is it possible to exclude certain channels from showing up when clicking on 'View similar threads' on the AO bot, or maybe only show similar threads of the channel where said button was triggered from? Reason for this is that I have some channels that are indexed for showcase examples/ideas, and the bot suggests these types of threads which are completely irrelevant to the issue/question/help post.
- Similarly, is it possible to set which channels are "Help" channels exactly? Due to having the above types of forum channels, when selecting the 'Quick Action' context menu option on the bot, the bot suggests all forum posts that users can create posts on, instead of the actual, relevant "Help" forum channel.
Solution
Sorting them isn't supported today, I need to figure out what the right way to store that is and then I can implement it

Sure I can make it possible to exclude channels from view similar

Yeah I need to add more channel types since Answer Overflow can be used for more than just help channels
