Anonymous names link to the author's profile, showing all their past comments

I was testing anonymous names for my Minecraft Discord, but clicking on users who logged into Answer Overflow still links to their real user pages, even if their name was hidden.
In this example, using the fake name "sacred-rose", clicking the link brings you directly to the author of the post, my profile. I'm not sure if this is intended or not, as it kind of defeats the purpose of the name privacy toggle, as well as discourages users from logging in via Discord
