Couple of questions
Heyo! Got a couple of questions:
- What's the benefit to hosting with you on the Enterprise plan vs self-hosting?
- Are custom designs supported for branding purposes?

If you use the hosted version, you'd probably have less work with it (you don't need to care about the hosting setup)
and you'd have to provide the hardware if you self-host it
Also check the license
A Permitted Purpose is any purpose other than a Competing Use. A Competing Use means making the Software available to others in a commercial product or service that: 1. substitutes for the Software; 2. substitutes for any other product or service we offer using the Software that exists as of the date we make the Software available; or 3. offers the same or substantially similar functionality as the Software.

If you want to know whether self-hosting Answer Overflow for your own server is "Competing Use" there
If it is, you can always self-host a version that's at least two years old
Nah - we aren't looking to compete at all. We want to replace our forum with Discord posts but it needs to be branded to fit with the website; I was considering forking and self-hosting just so I could do custom theming - we'd have preferred the hosted version but this is important. Thank you for answering and pointing out the license!
I am not a lawyer so I cannot judge whether this is Competing use according to the license
I also wouldn't think so but I don't know for sure
