If the button is green and sais "Consider all messages to be public", does it mean it considers all messages to be public or does it mean pressing the button makes all messages public?
I assume the other buttons work the same way.
And if anonymize is false, it means messages from users without consent won't be shown (except for users that are in the server), right?

The button being green means the feature is currently disabled.
If anonymise is false, it means that if the message has consent to be shown; either through "Consider all messages to be public", or if the individual user has manually consented, then the user who posted the message will be identifiable.
