CAdd a button for AO chat on a server's community main page + server chat shortcut via invite URL

I only found out about AO's chat feature through Twitter (https://vxtwitter.com/RhysSullivan/status/2013331540260872656), and most probably don't know that this feature exists. Having this visible on a server's main page would potentially make people aware of this and would make it easier for users to search for answers.
